The item was described as having a broken figurine needing some glue. I was fine with that. When it arrived, several additional components had been broken as well, some unfixable. I believe the item was not insulated well for parcel shipping. I think the box must have been handled by USPS with little to no delicacy. The aggression the seller posed to me was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
