    Terrible.I don’t leave negative feedback lightly but even the eBay advisor who dealt with this specifically requested I leave feedback to reflect this issue. Poor communication is the crux of issue. Late replies, poor communication, delivery date changes with every message and a very rude message today with personal attacks on my character after my tone switched from polite and friendly to matter-of-fact after being messed around. I was told I was ‘overreacting over a doll’;the seller missing

    the point entirely that items that have been paid for should be dispatched and any arising problems addressed. Tracking states ‘tracking number provided’ for 16 days after purchase, indicating parcel not with courier.Seller says it is with courier but they also said ‘it will be collected tomorrow’ on several different days so who knows.Whatever the case,a proper explanation as to what was happening and timely and helpful responses would have prevented this from being such a dreadful transaction
