I was of the opinion that I would be receiving another RJ3-16L Drill Press Chuck. I received a model JT3 and was assured that it fits the same spline as RJ3-16L. It did go on the spline and seems like a tight fit. I will have a better idea when I am able to find my gauge and check the run-out. I put in a 1/16" drill bit, turned it on and didn't notice any wobble.
