Trash company. Spend $1700 on a brake set for my m5 and one of the rotors in the kit didn’t even match the set. Figured Bradley with customer service would easily exchange it for the right parts but still has trouble doing so. I send part numbers and order numbers and still have not made any progress with the guy. Just save your time and shop somewhere else. I’ve received better service at an understaffed Mc Donalds

The customer expected a replacement to be shipped without returning anything back, which is not what our company has as a practice due to too many eBay buyers misusing regular exchanges by never returning anything back. However, regardless of the fact that everything we did was having exclusively their best interests in mind, this customer was still not satisfied with the service rendered because they expected something that is out of the scope of the services we provide.
