This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

One of the items busted through the packing during shipping (USPS) and I only received one hood support. Contacted Customer support and they got back to me right away! I sent them pictures of the packaging and the missing support. They reviewed and promptly sent out another support! A+++ all around! Stand up company!
