When you turn it on, it looks like it goes to safety mode, when you exit out of it, it goes to windows. I was able to install software and even a internet browser with no problems. For some reason every time I restart the computer, it changes the date from 2025 back to 2010. So I still have some glitches to work out, but this is a back up computer.

Seller slams up phone and will not allow a discussion. I tried a dozen times when I noticed the system Showed signs of bugs. The last system check was May 2010. Nothing looked at prior to Shipping. I cared less about the seller as they respond to my dozen calls of SLAM Hang ups. Shipped back. No need to purchase protection DUE TO NO WI-FI. Not worth nothing it cost.
