The whole experience was quite the rollercoaster but the seller really shone through. Fedex initially delivered the coat at the wrong address, and I mean on the other side of the continent. The seller tried to recover the coat but then comms broke down with Fedex, so they decided to have another coat made and shipped! If that isn't awesome customer service, I don't know what is!
