I reached out to the seller and informed them and got a quick response and offer to send another. They didn't have one in stock so they refunded. While it would be nice to have the item, they were awesome and great to deal with and a great retailer.

They bubble wrapped the laptop 20,000 times to make sure it don't break during shipping. The laptop worked right out the box. Shipping is slow but I'm a patient guy. Well priced laptop as well. well done guys 😎👍
