    This beautiful hand plane could have easily been damaged in its long voyage from Feltham, UK to St. Petersburg, US. But it was extremely well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It took a lot less time to make that voyage, given current conditions, than I expected. Given the current tariffs from the US, I understand the higher shipping costs. This will be a working tool, no glass cases! But it will be meticulously cared for. I highly recommend this company/shipper.
