Taking place six months after the end of the Raalgon war, this OVA series was produced shortly after THE IRRESPONSIBLE CAPTAIN TYLOR television series ended. Since the undefeated Soyokaze have returned home, everything should be back to normal in the universe. Unfortunately, the Raalgon Empire has built a powerful new weapons system that that they're ready to deploy. The UPSF has to take desperate action against this incredibly powerful weapon, and, of course, their hopes lay on the most irresponsible man in the universe. Maybe Tylor will deem this important enough to stay awake for.
