    I felt the $30.00 shipping charge was too much and inflated. I refused the package contacted the seller, sent the package back via USPS. The post office said there was an animal interference and could not deliver the package. The vendor went to the post office to pick it up, but it seems they lost the package. I'm very upset and out $53.00 if it can't be found. He won't issue a refund without the return. Not his fault but the inflated shipping fee is. Cost of item $19.99 + tax. 1lb weight of box
