I took it to the local violin shop to get it fixed up and they told me that it is a full-sized (4/4) violin, and not a 1/2 sized. I contacted the seller immediately. After a few days, they responded with an apology for the incorrect listing, gave me a full refund, and didn’t require me to ship back the violin. Great customer service.
