      RUDE! TERRIBLE! They responded using all caps and when I inquired about it they started to used nothing but caps. The item I purchased was listed as used but in good shape. When I received it, it was missing parts, screws were stripped, and consumables that were in the description but were in such bad shape they should have thrown them away. The storage case is supposed to have a foam insert and it wasn't disclosed that it didn't come with it. The seller didn't want to fix any of the issues.

      WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME, HAS NO CLUE WHAT ''USED'' MEANS. ZERO WAS MISSING AND WORKED 100% JUST TWO WEEKS BEFORE BEING LISTED, VIA A PROFESSIONAL SHARPENING SRVICE FOR 20 YEARS! ENTIRE UNIT WAS MAYBE 2 YEARS OLD. STONES WERE 100% COMPLETE, AND HAD MANY MORE SHARPENINGS LEFT IN THEM. IF SO UNHAPPY, I SAID SHIP IT BACK THEN. IT ALL WORKED AND WAS ''USED'' NOT NEW.
