Only issue is with manufacturer - item arrived factory sealed, missing a plastic cover on the main part (confusing when reading assembly instructions), pictures confusing, customer service useless (and wait to call back),and finally used AI to solve the biggest issue - arm for hose set upside down. Successfully corrected - remove screws, parts, correct, reassemble. Works as should.
