    Seller has been extremely combative and demeaning during back and forth communication. I would change my rating to negative instead of Neutral if I could. The entire follow up interaction has been hostile and negative during Direct Messaging conversation. Item did not have the RTX as Optional when purchased. It was not worded as optional when received it had no RTX GPU. Seller stated the same item was listed on 2 auctions one with the RTX and one without the RTX.
