Shipping was completed very quickly, and the packaging around the unit was excellent. The Kawai GB-4 arrived in what I consider new near condition, which is better than as described in the posting. The power supply was damaged in transit, and the seller went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. This is a high value addition to my home studio. The magazine was damaged because it was shipped between two pieces of a flimsy cut up box (instead of stiff cardboard like their profile listed). MAD magazine was bent in half due to seller not following their own packing description. Asked for a partial shipping refund and all the seller would say was to return the item (at the buyer's cost). Avoid seller if you are a collector.
