It appears your messaging is turned off. Our of the 6 pieces I purchased, only 2 mugs arrived undamaged! The remainder pieces are unusable. The packing is poor, very poor. Napkins and loose newspapers aren't packing! The bubble wrap was too skimpy. I have pictures of everything. With transit and tax, I paid over $100 & can only use 2 mugs. How do you want to fix this problem?
