    Ok so this was a long and drawn-out purchase, trying to get clarity on the listing. It was listed as new a return but the item i received is actually a brand new item. The listing did not specify the inclusions, and communication was good but still confusing.     The printer was delivered quickley, it could have been packaged better the door had neen shattered however the printer was other wise fully functional after calibration, excellent value for the price paid. Yhe item was as described although the description was rather general.
