Although they were well packaged, one of the reels arrived damaged from shipping, through no fault of his. He could have easily just filed a claim and issue a partial refund. But he went out of his way to find a replacement part. This was no easy task since this was a vintage reel with parts long discontinued. He found the damaged part and sent it to me at no cost. Rare nowadays to find sellers like him. Will definately buy from him again.

The cardboard package was completely destroyed by USPS, we were able to see everything packed in the box without ripping, but thankfully, you did such a great job packing it stayed in place, though they did chip the dragons... no fault of the vendor.
