This delay tho was the 1st of it’s kind for me & I complained.The seller proved to be defensive when my photos of my Cole Haan sneakers came with heel pads inserted by the previous owner which after removal left an adesive film on the inside. The seller became arrogant when I indicated she/he was responsible for describing this in their eBay ad!
