FACT: I ordered five (5) DVDs ONLY AFTER seller sent “Just go ahead and pay for the ones you want. I will refund the excess postage.” FACT: ONLY AFTER I paid and then inquired about the shipping refund, I received: “Refund what charge to you? Shipping? You didn't pay any. I paid all of it.” FACT: Rather than individually sending each, seller sent all five (5) together; kept the saving for self, no refund. In fact, all of the 5 DVDs he purchased were "free shipping" meaning that I paid any postage. I did consolidate the 5 DVDs into one package and mailed them Media Rate which I paid. The buyer never paid any shipping charges, thus there was nothing to refund to him. He's demanding a refund for something he didn't pay for. "Poor value" for free shipping on 5 DVDs?
