This is a cruise dress to be worn on a cruise ship as a dress$ It has an extra layer of sewn on fabric which give its an extra long length and is made to fit a woman that is seven feet tall or more! This was never mentioned in the descrption at all and Ebay and/or the seller needs to give me back my money and I should NOT have to spend ten dollars in lost money shipping fee to send it back to the seller! Sorry
