    The cross stitch kit was listed as new but arrived used — aida missing and threads partly used, so I couldn’t tell if there was enough to complete the kit even if I bought new aida. The seller underpaid postage which meant I had to cover extra costs to recieve it. The seller quickly provided a return label when I requested a refund, but the additional postage cost I paid to Royal Mail wasn't refunded. Disappointing experience overall however the return process was quick.
