The only disappointment was that there were no insoles inside the shoes, removable insoles are a mephisto feature and I expected. I did review the pictures and I got just what was pictured. I didn’t notice they weren’t inside the shoes when I purchased. Regardless, I’m keeping and will put some insoles in before I wear.
