    Seller’s eBay writeup and pictures failed to state that this item is not an OEM part, but instead, is an inferior construed homemade safety guard made of poorly welded thin shear metal. Its use would be a safety and lability issue. Instead of taking responsibility for their listing omissions, the seller forced me to work through the ebay dispute resolution process. eBay immediately resolved the issue in my favor and made seller issue a complete refund including return shipping costs.

    This is not true it was listed as used there are no part number on this one or the replacement one I sent him That he didn't mention and now part are stamped oem and now way to ever verify it just like the second one he bought from me no marking or name and made the same way some people can only find fault in other people shame on you I paid for you to ship it back and shipped you another one used also. and yes your refund did go through once ebay made sure you sent it back not before.
