    Good product but despite communicating with them they chose to disregard my ask and send the parcel to my home address. I understand there is an EBay policy around this, however it’s not helpful to say this after giving the impression (I.e asking where to send the parcel, which was our local garage) that they would arrange this. Thankfully our neighbour took the parcel in after a couple of days sat on our doorstep whilst we were on holiday oblivious.
