This is a fragile item which could have easily been damaged during shipping but was so carefully packaged & wrapped, including being tied down inside the carton to keep it secured & unable to move, that it arrived without incident. I have bought many items similar to this in the past & some have arrived completely destroyed & virtually worthless. This has been one of my best experiences in regards to packing a fragile item.
