Per ebay used means functional. Should've been "For parts or Repair". Seller describes loco with disclaimer words. After inspecting my loco It didn't work. Described as "overall good condition, Not tested, Doesn't run". How do you know it doesn't run if not tested? What does "overall good condition mean? This seller will misrepresent an item. Never again.

They look somewhat similar but different enough that you can set up several for a rail-served industrial manufacturing site. And typical of Walthers, the kit is quality made. The seller had an adequate description and I got it at a good price. It was shipped quickly and the kit was protected in a cardboard box with packing material around the contents.
