However, it arrived with a few "chips" off of the enamel, a small dent on the bottom, some smudges that didn't come off with initial washing, as well as a liquid stain inside, so it appears used to me. However, I gave it three stars, because I like the product. If I did my research, I could have bought it brand new elsewhere for a lot less, but that is on me. My goal is always to provide a transparent and positive experience.
