Now I’m told it won’t be returned until the end of the month. For a new computer, this is unacceptable. The after-sales support has been awful. My son hasn’t been able to use his computer for days and now has to wait even longer. For a company that aims to appear professional, this is a total failure. I won’t buy from them again and don’t recommend them.
