Exactly the same setup as a Waterpik but much lower pressure and much higher water volume. Unit is very noisy when it's running just like a Waterpik is. Sounds like it's about to fall apart when it's running but that's just the way it is. Take some getting used to pumping water up one nostril and out the other.
