        Communication could be much better, not very responsive. Item arrived damaged and was marked so by USPS in the system. Had to open a claim to get partial refund resolution. Definitely ask questions before buying and ask for specifics on packaging and shipping. I had asked for very specific packing of the item - using very sturdy cardboard, but very thin sheets were used and the photo was significantly damaged more than it already was. Get specifics in advance as how your items will pack and ship

        Buyer reports that post office notified him that item was damaged *by the post office* while in transit.We responded immediately - within the first 24 hours of being notified. We agreed to ALL of the buyers requests for remediation. Apologized for the buyers inconvenience, but that & all else apparently that was not good enough as buyer has now posted long rambling feedback.Suggest everyone review our feedback from ALL similar items, photographs, posters, pamphlets, paper, books.
