    The item never shipped. I bought it on January 17th, and no word was given. I opened a support ticket January 30th, and when no response or indication of shipping was given, I requested a refund from Ebay on February 5th, the earliest they would allow. Props to Ebay for resolving the issue. I obviously can't give feedback on the packaging, quality, or accuracy of description. Unfortunately, this was a poor experience overall.
