    Regrettably, for the past 'N' weeks I have tried to communicate with the seller informing that the item I had purchased off them was defective on receip. I, in my eighytes fell sick at the time and wasn't able to inspect the item on arrival. A week later when I did inspect I highlighted that their was a defect that needed to be addressed. For the past ~ six weeks of requesting assistance the seller has ignored all communication. I am now leaving the dispute with 'e' Bay. Disappointing!

    We have photos of the item when it left us and on delivery. It was delivered by haulier on a pallet and you can see that the item is not smashed on top with massive dents. Buyer reported over 3 weeks after delivery and we said it was damaged, we sent pictures to show it was not dleivered like that and it must have happened while in their duty of care we could not help. Also haulier requests the item to be inspected on delivery and any doubts / damage are noted.
