They say the delivery will be made a certain and it doesn't come. I can understand and tolerate occasional lapses of service. But every time becomes a source of aggravation. The worst part is there is never any communication or means to do that. I have no idea why deliveries are a problem. If I was given some information perhaps I can do something to make it better. Thank you.
