Tried it yesterday: no steam. appliance seemed to get hot, light was on, handle was moving ... but no steam. Went online, tried the vinegar trick, no joy. Postage and packing plus import charges were the better part of €44, and the seller does not accept returns, so I tried to fix it.Removed the covers, removed the filter below the tank, cleaned a bunch of hoses, and found a tiny rubber "valve" that was stuck, cleaned it, reassembled -it works now.
