    I reached out to the seller regarding the DVDs included in this purchase letting him know they were in lousy shape with scratches, smudges and fingerprints on just about every one of them. He apologized and gave a full refund. When I said that was too much of a refund and that I thought half off would suffice he said, Nope, full refund. That’s great customer service. Wasn’t expecting that. So while I wasn’t happy with the product because of the condition, the customer service was excellent.
