    Unfortunately, this was not an incredibly positive experience and I tend to shop on E-bay quite a bit. The seller was incredibly responsive and kind, but it took forever for FedEx to actually ship the package. The item was not packaged well at all, the box was completely crushed, and the purse itself was knicked and damaged to the point where the leather is peeling off. Not exactly what I intended to pay for as an item that was advertised as new and reflected in the obituary as such.

    I'm very disappointed on the negative feedback you gave me, despite refunding you for the FedEx issue and the purse, and the long communication we had even though you made it clear you still wanted to "keep the item". Unfortunately, I can't control these shipping companies, and how they handle the packaging of the product. Looking at buyers' history, long history of giving negative feedback to sellers for reasons beyond us sellers control. I did everything I could to make it right.
