I asked them to contact USPS if it was opened as it was fully sealed when sent. I was polite and tried to use Google translate to respond but it was either opened somehow via USPS which they wouldn't send pictures of the packaging/when they received it, or they opened it and are trying to get a refund. When I wouldn't do a full refund they left negative review.
