Although refurbished the unit delivered was in good nick visually only a couple of scratches evident. The PC arrived early delivered by DPD, in great packaging. PC has been started and files transferred onto it, so far no problems, the Wi-Fi 5 dongle works well, and all the specs that I ordered are in place. Gave me advice via email on the weekend. And called me to talk me through some extra software I wanted to put on. He was so helpful and patient as I'm not great with computers. Definitely recommend as computer is so good now it's all set up.
