    IT was stated in the title, and in the description plus showed photos that the pant was hemmed short. The buyer did not bother to view all the photos or read the seller's description stating that the pants had been cut short. Measurements were also provided in the listing and photos also showed the pant measured out. Buyer's error for not doing his part to view all the photos or read the description.
