Unfortunately Pitney Bowes (middle man?) local delivery notes were incorrect as they indicated twice "Addressee was not at home note left - NTF Notification Tool, FI". Pitney Bowes process/policy ...? I shipped to the buyer, they refused delivery from Parcelforce on the doorstep (for a reason never explained), the item was returned to me, i offered a full refund minus the postage costs (which is ebay policy), they did not respond to this offer, ebay closed the return case in my favour, i offered the buyer a full refund less the shipping again (which they have still not responded to) and they then leave this feedback? What more can a seller do? Disappointing :(
