I ordered an NZXT Kraken 280 RGB, but instead received a Kraken X63, which is a cheaper and completely different model from what was advertised. To make matters worse, the package was missing the correct mounting brackets—something that should have at least been included given the model substitution. I reached out politely to resolve this issue, but have yet to receive any response.
