The seller failed to upload tracking by the time specified in the listing and when questioned, claimed the item was shipped but that "tracking had just not been uploaded yet". In fact, they did not ship the item until 2 weeks after the purchase, despite their FAQ saying it would ship in 3 days. They have now stopped replying to messages to get more details. Avoid this seller.Reply from: mm2_srl- Feedback replied by seller mm2_srl.- Feedback replied by seller mm2_srl.Tracking was not added due to an issue with GLS (our shipping company) when the shipment was created. Unfortunately, this was not our fault. Furthermore, I can assure you that the item was delivered to GLS the same day it was purchased. Regarding your lack of response to your messages, we were on vacation for three weeks. Since yesterday, we've been trying to resolve all the issues that arose during our absence. We apologize for the inconvenience, even if it was not our fault. Davide
