I’ve fitted a winch to my boat and the normal 30 amp relays that you buy in car shops or online are not up to the power of the winch. So I tried to split charge relay which also wasn’t up to the job nor was the relay that came with the winch for that matter so I ordered one of these and I have to say it is perfect handles the power even when the anchor is caught on something on the sea bed all my cables are pretty large and heavy duty, impressed great unit.
