    I received this Dell 7090 in excellent physical condition. But the PC would not start up. I had installed a new VGA card so it would work with my monitor. For some reason the PC will not come on. I contacted the seller and they prepared a replacement. It was a little older unit but they installed more memory and a larger SSD. They also included a used monitor. I feel this was a pretty equal value. This is a great seller. I would buy for them again.
