    Ended up paying almost 8.00 shipping for this. Contacted seller to let him know what happened. During our contact he accused either the postal driver or myself did something fishy trying to scam him. Not a very nice seller. First time I have contacted a seller about an issue, went very wrong.

    Well, that's not what happened you ended up lying about being overcharged for shipping in fact eBay already determined this and took down your last negative rating which they'll end up taking this one down too. Although I see now that you bought multiple items in a bundle so I'm going to have to have them address that directly! But, the Postal Service and eBay have all determined that you never got overcharged anything extra in shipping, in fact eBay even stated it couldn't have happened.
