It did not speak to the fact that there were scratches and that the handles have glazing coming off and peeling. The inside is clean as mentioned, but the overall quality of the bag is not good enough and I’ll have to give it away. After checking at the post office, the price to ship it was higher than necessary and no additional care was given to the shipping or packaging. Poor value.
