    What an absolute disgrace of a " company " Ordered a FEBI 30mm prop shaft support with bearing, what I received was a HAJUS 25mm put into an old Febi torn box? The part number on the box was correct. Contacted the company Friday they needed photos reasons why it would not fit etc, supplied all of this and they said they could not deal with this until Monday as they were going home. Never heard from them since. Explained I needed my car back on the road. Scam company and mis selling parts be wary

    After looking into the issue with the bearing, we asked you to measure it to determine the problem. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the bearing you received had the incorrect size. We have sold many of these bearings without any issues, and it seems that this was an isolated incident. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand your frustration and are more than willing to offer you a refund for the incorrect product.
