But I suppose that’s for extra security. I’ve never installed one of these, so the extra parts are something I’m making sure I spend the time finding of the YouTube video that shows how to use them correctly. I get the sense that at least the brackets are optional depending on what spacer you have in your watch, but I’m not sure.

I must say-VERY HAPPY, the uncalibrated numbers were excellent with Amplitude just over 300- Beat Error -0-, Time lost/gained per day around .4 sec. they all should come this good!
